After a world tour, Pedro Jóia performs at Teatro São Luiz, to present a repertoire in which he combines several award-winning works from his career with his most recent album Mosaico – a return to the originals, in a record that ranges from fado to flamenco, including oriental music. The guitarist takes to the stage accompanied by percussionist José Salgueiro, in a show with special guests. Opportunity to revisit a discography that includes the albums Variações Sobre Carlos Paredes, À Espera de Armandinho, Zeca and Mosaico.
Pedro Jóia has a unique artistic journey with a 1st place in the top sales in Portugal with the album Zeca and with two Carlos Paredes awards. He collaborated with artists such as Ney Matogrosso, Gilberto Gil, Simone, Mariza, Ricardo Ribeiro, Resistência, among many others. In his career, he has performed several times as a soloist with various orchestras and chamber formations, such as Orquestra Sinfónica Portuguesa, Orquestra Nacional de Venezuela, Orquestra Clássica da Madeira, Orquestra Chinesa de Macau, Sinfonietta de Lisboa, Orquestra de Câmara Meridional or Quarteto Arabesque.
